Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations received 72 hours before arrival are eligible for a full refund.
• Reservations canceled less than 72 hours prior to arrival will be charged in full.
• Reservations made within 72 hours of the arrival date are non-refundable.

Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-In: Anytime after 3:00 PM.
• Check-Out: By 11:00 AM.
• Early check-ins or late check-outs may be available upon request, subject to availability and a nominal fee.
• Thanks to our automated access system, late-night arrivals or early morning departures are seamless!

Self Check-In & Access

• Self check-in details and smart lock codes are sent via message/email 24 to 48 hours prior to arrival.
• If booking through third-party platforms, please check your email spam folder if instructions are missing.
• Feel free to contact us anytime if you have trouble accessing your room code.

Pet Policy

As much as we love four-legged friends, Elliott House is a strictly pet-free property to protect guest health and allergen comfort.

Payments & Refunds

• Unless previously arranged, all payments are processed at the time of booking.
• In the event of cancellation, eligible refunds are issued immediately according to our cancellation policy.
• Refunds typically take 3–5 business days to reflect on your payment statement.

Smoking Policy

• No Indoor Smoking: Smoking of any kind (including cigarettes, cigars, pipes, e-cigarettes, and vaping) is strictly prohibited indoors.
• Outdoor Smoking: Permitted outdoors only at a respectful distance from windows and doors. Please dispose of all waste in designated receptacles.
• A $300 cleaning fee plus additional restoration costs will be charged if evidence of indoor smoking is found.
• Ensure all materials are extinguished fully. Smoking near entryways or flammable materials is prohibited.
